missingWrote a review on Nov 30poor wi-fidisappointing service
this hotel had great potential but missed the mark. the wi-fi was practically non-existent, and after my complaints, I was just told it was 'fine. ' I also expected a welcome gift, but I guess they don't believe in that sort of thing. truly disappointing, I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Spacious room with a balcony offered stunning views of the Clock Tower. Breakfast options lacked variety and freshness.

The spacious room with a balcony provided a stunning view of the Clock Tower, making it a great spot for morning coffee. The restaurant’s menu featured a rich selection of traditional and international dishes, which was a delight.
Despite the positive experiences, the hotel shows its age—rooms and carpets definitely need a good refresh. The shower setup was less than ideal, requiring you to manually hold the hand shower instead of having it mounted properly. The breakfast options lacked freshness. the sweet items could have used a bit more attention.

missingWrote a review on Jul 26spacious roomsexcellent restauranttight parking lot
We had a fantastic group vacation! The spacious rooms were super comfy, and the hotel’s location made it easy to visit the nearby Clock Tower and Citadel. Breakfast was varied, with delicious options to satisfy everyone. The restaurant’s menu blew us away with its local and international flavors. Definitely recommend hanging out in the garden area too!
One minor downside was that the parking lot was tight, which could make things a bit tricky for larger vehicles.

Couples should love this place
The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the cobbley streets of the old citadel. The breakfast buffet was solid, a good variety of food options, I really enjoyed the fresh fruits along with eggs made to order.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but acceptable for the experience we had.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the lovely décor and the super comfy beds, which made us feel right at home. The garden area was a great spot for relaxation, and the leisure room had fun games for the kids. Just a heads up, the parking lot could be a bit tight, but it didn't ruin our wonderful experience overall! 😊
